Open up the Pandora

You have it inside you to be able to stay with the times.
It's all there.

Imagine this,
All life on earth has the same lifetime.
i.e. they all live for the same duration.
Their perception of time is different. So is ours.

Why do we always worry about the lack of time and never the plenty of it?
Ever worried about having less time to live when you were young?
Ever worried about having less time to study when your academic year begins?
Ever worried about your appraisal at the start of a new business year?
Ever worried about you getting late for work the night before?

Your living in the future or past never allows you to live in the present, which always keeps your pandora closed. Everything is mostly last minute, because the pandora of present never opened. You never thought of keeping it that way.
Always looking forward to something, takes away the most important part of being alive. The "Right-Now".

Think of a time when you did not worry, it can be any time, probably yesterday or years ago.
Then think of why it was that way?
It wasn't so because you did not have things to do tomorrow, but you did not think of tomorrow or yesterday at that very instant.

It's like when you're running and only focus on the run, or like you're only listening to music with your eyes closed, or like you're only focused on the flavor of food you're eating.
You are in that moment just there.

The pandora of present is empowered to keep you sane, all the time.
It's not a pandora of multitudes, it's a pandora of enough.
It is when you do not want anything else, because you don't focus on the want. You're just there.

It is then when your perception of time would change, there would be less of future/past and even less to worry.

It is the acceptance that you do not control the train of life, you are not at it's helm.

In Pursuit

While the whole world waits, we pursue... This time has given us an unasked-for freedom, to chose what to do with it. We have, gained some & lost some. We have, availability of time & lack of physical mobility. We have, a difficult decision to make. While many are in denial of it all. Where there are hoards whiling away their moments, waiting for the old normal, in pursuit of the past, there are also some who are willing to do away with the thought of the bygone. The acceptance of change(also read as "new") is the first step in many directions it brings. There are those who have contacted old chums, one's who they've always wanted to go on with. The fast lanes they were in wouldn't allow it. Now is the realization, than a mere intention to get in touch with old pals is enough to do so. There are those who have loved & always ran to the hills and the beaches, hating their 4 walls, the fast currents of their rapid-ful river of a life bl...

The Discovery

Today we embark on the journey taken never before, and while we know there is little we can do about what's going on, we are restless.  We are looking forward to the time when this will end the old normal returns  There might be no old normal left any more.  Nothing gone is ever the same again.  A new normal awaits us.  When?  Is for nature to say,  Only if you can listen to her. I've always believed that my perception of time, our definition of urgency and laid-back is very different from that of time's itself. We're but a small part of earth's existence, and even smaller part of the universe  itself. Consider this and you might want to step away from your me-filled lives and give some time to parallel thought process. Nature operates out of a different definition of urgency and an altogether altered way of transition to new times. No matter how much you think about it, it will always turn out be planned and step-af...

Re-Align

Look around you... Do you smell the sunlight on your skin? Can you hear the wind move your hair? Does the color of the sky mean something? It's the world calling, it's asking you to pick up. Pick up the call which you've otherwise been blinded to, by the rush of the hour. Ever wondered why it always feels good when you do nothing while you are around nature? When you sometimes take that much needed pause, in an otherwise always playing life? It's a calling, to your inner self. Come now, it says, I've been waiting to give you the gift of eternal peace. Which you've sold to acquire oodles of restlessness. Our biggest foe today is the never ending pursuit of restlessness. The way of life we've been living ever since we can think of, is designed to give us only more of this restlessness. The real pace of life, and the true meter of time is calibrated by nature. While we can only think that we are in control of our time. Material life end u...
