You have it inside you to be able to stay with the times.
It's all there.
Imagine this,
All life on earth has the same lifetime.
i.e. they all live for the same duration.
Their perception of time is different. So is ours.
Why do we always worry about the lack of time and never the plenty of it?
Ever worried about having less time to live when you were young?
Ever worried about having less time to study when your academic year begins?
Ever worried about your appraisal at the start of a new business year?
Ever worried about you getting late for work the night before?
Your living in the future or past never allows you to live in the present, which always keeps your pandora closed. Everything is mostly last minute, because the pandora of present never opened. You never thought of keeping it that way.
Always looking forward to something, takes away the most important part of being alive. The "Right-Now".
Think of a time when you did not worry, it can be any time, probably yesterday or years ago.
Then think of why it was that way?
It wasn't so because you did not have things to do tomorrow, but you did not think of tomorrow or yesterday at that very instant.
It's like when you're running and only focus on the run, or like you're only listening to music with your eyes closed, or like you're only focused on the flavor of food you're eating.
You are in that moment just there.
The pandora of present is empowered to keep you sane, all the time.
It's not a pandora of multitudes, it's a pandora of enough.
It is when you do not want anything else, because you don't focus on the want. You're just there.
It is then when your perception of time would change, there would be less of future/past and even less to worry.
It is the acceptance that you do not control the train of life, you are not at it's helm.
